Daily Health Tip | Remove Alma, Remove Disease

One small stroke first thing in the morning eliminates yesterday's leftovers. No- not the plates in the kitchen sink, I am talking about your tongue! This is not always my favorite subject, but that white or yellow, thick matter on your tongue when you wake up in the morning is called ALMA and it is undigested toxic waste that has floated back up your throat through your beauty sleep, and wants out of your body. Invest in a tongue scraper--as a matter of fact buy one for your significant other for Valentine's day-- it will be the best used gift ever! Daily Yoga Tip | Rest your inner gaze, breathe

Sit with legs crossed and place your thumbs on your third eye point. Rest your inner gaze on your mind and take a peak at the storyline that’s playing out. Leave that space/storyline (easier said that done sometimes!) and drop your attention down into the neck and shoulders, relax there. Journey down the spine and into the hips. Breathe. Travel deeper into the legs and all the way down into the feet. Imagine your feet wrapped in the color red to help ground the energy.
