What is a pre-order?
Items on pre-order are usually new products that are still going through production. We’re giving you the opportunity to purchase these items ahead of time, before their release. These items will ship when we launch them online, and we will send you a shipping confirmation.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, we sell digital gift cards.
How do I add a discount or promotion code?
After you click "checkout" in your shopping cart there will be a place for you to enter your code.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Your code might not work because of an expiration date, or the items you have in your cart. Check if your code is only applicable to certain items, or if it has other restrictions.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

Do you ship internationally outside of the US?
Yes. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “International Checkout” option.
How much is postage?
Standard USA shipping and handling charges are free when you spend $100 or more. Orders under $100 includes a shipping and handling charge of $7.00
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Shipping will take 5-7 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.
Where does your clothing ship from?
Our clothing is shipped from New York City.

Our clothing is designed and ethically produced in New York City.
